The Feather short story edition is also available for Kindle HERE.

Along with the new Dax comic book, I'll also have new fliers and giveaways and some brand new 2-panel gags as seen below:

I'll also be at the Comic Creator Connection Friday night ,where I'll be meeting lots of great artists and writers. Let me know if you're planning on going and we can talk about new ideas and upcoming projects.

The Comic Creator Connection event is a great place to network and make new industry contacts. My work on Tony Pitch Comics came from meeting the publisher / creator at this event at WonderCon.

Last year I was asked to speak at the Comic Creator Connection All-Stars Panel at San Diego Comic Con. Toucan Learning Systems hosts the Creator Connection event, and they have recently posted the FULL audio recording of the panel. It was a great panel, featuring advice and experiences from writers and artists, talking about how they met and how they made their books happen.

Listen to the audio HERE.

Featured projects and creators:

Tony Pitch Comics by Martin Ayala and Matthew Fischer
The Heroes of Echo Company by Joseph Henson and Joshua Cassara
Gamemasters by Michael Dismuke and Susan Cheng Tsui (Susan couldn't join us for the panel)
The Centennial, Stories of Ithiria by April Wahlin, cover art by Mark Whittaker

The Feather - Synopsis

THE FEATHER is a story of innocence lost, budding romance and lovely, bloody sacrifice. Inspired by the desire to heal a stranger’s suffering, an angel makes a choice that will lead her on a path of discovery and self-sacrifice. Theirs is a tale of bliss and anguish, betrayal and survival. An act of courage. An act of charity. And all the pain that one act can bring.

It was only one feather – a simple thing, a beautiful gift. It began as just one feather, but became so much more.

Tony Pitch Library Presentations

Tony Pitch Comics has been teaching "How to Make a Comic Strip" at local libraries and anime clubs.

Thanks to the El Cerrito and Corona Libraries for having us and to all the great people who attended. We had a lot of fun talking comics, explaining what we do and teaching everyone else to make their own comics someday.
